MOSTAR AND BELGRADE

MejeSplit:

Behind the wheels of one of 3 buses was deceased Marendic, who later on drove us only to Sarajevo when they broke two of his mirrors, so we went back to Split "bare footed". That was one of the biggest thing that happened in my ultras life. In that fucked up Mostar goddamn we went from Split and almost didn't get the buses because there were the athletics championship in 1990. Near that wall, just next to the kiosk first one there was Apo Kunac and for that he deserves respect. Anyway, on the topic of Mostar, there were always troubles in that city. One time (87 or 88 I think, I can't remember) we parked the car in some fucked up street on the side of hotel Ruza, thinking as if it is going to be a safe place and said to some old lady on the balcony "Grandma look out for our car", and she said "Who gives a fuck about you people from Split, why did you come here?", but just because of that it was satisfying to fuck their mums and make troubles and their food shops. Once they even pulled a gun at us. Maslo was the one responsible for that, and he was a legend. We didn't want to pay for the food and after that the whole of Mostar was after us, run mother fuckers...Maslo was a special kind of guy. We were sitting in front of Indian embassy in Belgrade and were drinking wine, and there come a guy asking us "Are you Hajduk fans?". all happy, and Maslo said to him "No, we're fans of Sarajevo from Nis", and the guy looks at him, all confused. That was the thing we likes, we'd come earlier to Belgrade, be at the same place, and wait for someone to come. A lot of souvenir and scarves... One of more important games was Red Star-Hajduk in 1988. There were maybe only 30 of us all together. The police took us out of the stadium, and we went straight to Ljutice Bogdane street (Thats where Red Star H.Q. was located). Their front yard had some small fence, and there were tones of them outside. There, I'm not gonna bullshit with my bravery, I asked the policeman next to me "What do you think, are they gonna follow us?", and he replied "We just took you out of the stadium, now you're on your own". Short answer that explained it all. So we decided, we'll go, whatever happens...On both sides of the street they are standing as we went through, and they didn't nothing. So as we were going, the street was turning right to the station, then someone from our group started singing, I think that it was Maslo, I'm not sure. There was only one cop on the side of the street. And then the whole group that let us pass through the street started going after us and they attacked us. Total chaos, we started defending ourselves. We somehow manage to move to the city train station, and there wasn't a single one waiting. And the cops got in and were fighting with the Red Star supporters that attacked us. As the train comes, we go in. And then the bombardment of rocks started to hit the train. A couple of windows were broken, one women inside was hit, she started crying. The women that was driving it, stopped it, opened all doors and started running away. So it all emptied out, but our group was still inside it, at the middle of the street. Nearby there was a hospital and in the yard there were old pieces of metal, so we all took those. Then we crossed the street, but no one attacked us, as we arrived at the train for Split, the police was checking out who's hands were dirty from the rocks and other stuff...If someone knows anything more about this incident, let him speak if I missed anything (but I don't think I did).

Splico:

Now I'm gonna tell you that when they let us out of the stadium, we first passed the training field. The song was started by Medo because he was drunk like a donkey and didn't know where he was at.
The fight was good, someone got beaten up pretty good, but you forgot to say that everyone who went with us, came back with us. We left no one, only Iko got out of the train in Vinkovci and got back home 2 days later.
